Voice Lessons

With a B.M. in vocal performance from The Peabody Conservatory of Music, and an M.M. in Opera Performance from The University of Maryland, Ms. Wanner is an accomplished and esteemed professional classical vocalist  across the country.  Based in the Washington, DC area, She has performed as a soloist at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Jazz at Lincoln Center's Rose Theater (New York City), and The National Hispanic Cultural Center  (Albuquerque, New Mexico).

She has held apprenticeships with Sarasota Opera (Sarasota, Florida),  and the Caramoor International Music Festival (Katonah, New York).

An expert in all genres, she has worked extensively with students of all ages and experience levels.  Students will gain a solid technical foundation and understanding of how the voice works, and will be encouraged to

use each singing opportunity as a chance to take risks and make dramatic discoveries.

 

An active performer,  Ms. Wanner understands current performance and audition practices, and what is required to succeed in an ever-changing industry.
